Fitness After Forty Dance

    My Teaching Philosophy

Dance - expressing oneself through movement - is as old as recorded history. Regardless of whether people gather for a ritual, celebration, spiritual expression or artistic performance, dance is a marvelous outlet for the creative self. Combined with the inherent aerobic benefits to the body, dance provides a joyful mind-body experience for everyone.

I love to teach…it is one of life’s great gifts. I encourage my students to discover their own way of moving, their own style and voice, in order to express themselves as people and as artists. My own plan is to continue dancing through life until the final fondu’.
